Key Responsibilities
- Set up and arrange buffet tables with appropriate serving dishes, utensils, and decorations according to established standards.
- Ensure all food items on the buffet are fresh, properly displayed, and maintained at correct temperatures.
- Continuously monitor and replenish food items, beverages, and supplies to prevent shortages during service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the buffet area, including tables, serving stations, and surrounding floors.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide a high level of courteous and efficient service.
- Clear used dishes, glassware, and cutlery from buffet tables and dining areas promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the dining and buffet areas before, during, and after service.
- Support special events and functions as required, adapting to varying service demands.
