Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window washers with setting up and taking down equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear.
- Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure all tools and supplies are readily available and properly maintained.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames on residential and commercial properties under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines rigorously, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools are cleaned and stored correctly after each job.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the window washing team.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights (with proper safety training and equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License and a clean driving record (preferred, but not always required depending on assignments).

- Previous experience in a physical labor role or outdoor work.
