Key Responsibilities

  • Load raw materials, components, and finished products onto and off the production line in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment as directed, following all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor product flow and identify any potential issues or discrepancies, reporting them to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform quality checks on materials and products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production and warehouse operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Calgary facility.
  • Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour role (even if informal).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality standards.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
