Key Responsibilities

  • Assist legal professionals with case preparation, document drafting, and legal research.
  • Manage and organise legal documents, files, and correspondence, both physical and electronic.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, and manage calendars for legal staff.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other external parties via phone and email.
  • Prepare legal forms, applications, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and sensitive legal matters.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Conduct initial legal research as directed, utilising online databases and resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
