Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of stage equipment, instruments, and set pieces.
- Setting up and tearing down stage structures, backdrops, and other production elements according to plans.
- Safely moving and positioning heavy equipment such as speakers, lighting rigs, and musical instruments.
- Following precise instructions from stage managers, production managers, and technical leads to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe backstage area throughout event setup, duration, and teardown.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations, venue policies, and equipment handling protocols.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of basic audio-visual equipment as required.
- Performing general labour tasks to support overall event operations and logistics.
- Working collaboratively and efficiently with a diverse team of crew members to ensure seamless event execution.
