Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of HR projects, from initiation and thorough planning to meticulous execution, diligent monitoring, and successful closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, regular status reports, risk registers, stakeholder communication plans, and post-project reviews.
  • Facilitate effective communication and foster strong collaboration among all project stakeholders, including HR team members, IT department, leadership, and external vendors, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Assist in the research, thorough analysis, selection, and seamless implementation of new HR systems, innovative tools, and advanced technologies to significantly enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall employee experience.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within HR operations and actively contribute to the thoughtful design and seamless implementation of more efficient and effective workflows.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department as needed, particularly in relation to project-specific tasks and ongoing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a project coordination, project support, or senior administrative role, preferably within an HR department or a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Strong foundational understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
