Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead audio engineers with the setup, operation, and teardown of live sound equipment.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic audio system issues under supervision.
- Support sound checks and rehearsals to ensure optimal audio levels and clarity.
- Organise and maintain audio equipment, cables, and accessories.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for equipment handling and event production.
- Collaborate with other technical staff, performers, and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for continuous learning.
- Assist with microphone placement, cable routing, and stage patching.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace around the soundboard and stage.
