Your day will involve a variety of tasks, from carefully unloading incoming shipments and verifying quantities against manifests, to organizing inventory in designated locations within the warehouse. You’ll play a crucial role in preparing outgoing orders, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and labelled for dispatch. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify product quantities and check for damages against shipping documents.
- Organize and accurately store products in their designated warehouse locations.
- Perform order picking and packing duties with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and issues.
