Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for talent bookings, auditions, and client meetings, ensuring all parties are well-informed.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistical details for talent, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
- Prepare and meticulously distribute call sheets, detailed itineraries, and booking confirmations to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date talent databases and booking records, adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for talent and clients regarding scheduling inquiries, changes, and general logistical support.
- Assist with contract administration, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential new talent and emerging opportunities within relevant industries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the talent booking team, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
