Key Responsibilities
- Washing and stacking crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors are cleaned and maintained according to hygiene standards.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs.
- Unloading, organising, and storing deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Managing waste, including emptying bins and preparing recycling, in line with company procedures.
- Supporting the culinary team and other kitchen staff with various duties as required.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and reporting any concerns to management.
- Maintaining an organised and tidy pot wash area at all times.
