Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant section as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
