Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Your primary goal will be to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance online visibility. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive keyword research, performing technical SEO audits, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and analyzing performance data to refine strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize local SEO listings and strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on SEO campaign performance, offering insights and strategic next steps.
  • Identify new opportunities for organic growth and implement innovative SEO tactics.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on SEO best practices and the importance of organic search.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and website development basics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with international SEO.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant SEO platforms.
  • Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
