Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for internal vacancies across various business units within Hays UK.
 - Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and develop compelling job descriptions.
 - Source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of high-calibre candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
 - Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
 - Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining regular communication and offering constructive feedback.
 - Negotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
 - Provide market insights and intelligence to hiring managers to inform recruitment decisions and talent planning.
 - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance Hays' reputation as an employer of choice.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 - Participate in ad-hoc HR and talent acquisition projects as required.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment, with a focus on professional services or corporate roles.
 - Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment life cycle.
 - Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).
 - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
 - Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 - Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
 - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
 - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within the recruitment industry or for a large, multi-faceted organisation.
 - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Familiarity with employer branding best practices and social media recruitment.
 - Experience using Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS.
