Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems to achieve desired outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand model capabilities and limitations.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of prompt performance, identifying areas for improvement and refinement.
- Translate complex technical specifications and business requirements into clear, concise, and effective natural language prompts.
- Develop and maintain best practices for prompt engineering, including version control and documentation.
- Monitor AI system outputs for bias, accuracy, and ethical considerations, implementing strategies for mitigation.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or a related field.
- Proven experience with large language models (e.g., GPT series, Llama, PaLM) and generative AI platforms.

- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, machine learning principles, and AI ethics.
