Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
- Monitor server performance, system logs, and alerts to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support for server-related incidents, escalating complex problems to higher-level support.
- Perform routine backups and verify data integrity.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
- Assist in patching and updating server operating systems and applications.
- Respond to and resolve basic user support requests related to server access or application functionality.
- Learn and adhere to IT best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations and efficient problem resolution.
