Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Relations Specialist. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our client and candidate experience, responsible for nurturing relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints. You will serve as a primary point of contact, building trust and loyalty through proactive communication and swift problem resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and candidate inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Manage and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants and other internal departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Gather feedback from clients and candidates to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Represent Career.zycto with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or similar role.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability to flexible working hours and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.
  • Familiarity with various communication platforms (e.g., live chat, video conferencing).
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
