Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced crew members with various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers after receiving proper training and under supervision.
- Prepare planting beds, ensure proper soil conditions, and assist with the installation of new plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Perform general site clean-up, including debris removal, sweeping, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, showing willingness to learn and adapt.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as instructed.
