Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Conduct complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
- Interpret and apply technical service bulletins (TSBs) and manufacturer's repair procedures.
- Perform thorough quality control checks on all completed repairs to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status, recommended repairs, and estimated costs.
- Continuously update knowledge on new automotive technologies, tools, and repair techniques through training and self-study.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in automotive diagnosis and repair across various vehicle systems.
- Proficiency with a wide range of diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, schematics, and computer controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems, including diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical individuals.
