Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables in the dining area, ensuring timely service.
  • Assist kitchen staff in plating and garnishing dishes as needed, strictly adhering to presentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth and coordinated service flow.
  • Monitor dining tables and proactively assist servers by refilling water glasses, clearing finished plates, and pre-bussing when appropriate to maintain table readiness.
  • Ensure all food is delivered hot and fresh, meticulously verifying order accuracy before serving it to guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all server stations, food runner areas, and the general dining room environment.
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Actively support fellow team members and foster a collaborative, respectful, and positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
