Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables in the dining area, ensuring timely service.
- Assist kitchen staff in plating and garnishing dishes as needed, strictly adhering to presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth and coordinated service flow.
- Monitor dining tables and proactively assist servers by refilling water glasses, clearing finished plates, and pre-bussing when appropriate to maintain table readiness.
- Ensure all food is delivered hot and fresh, meticulously verifying order accuracy before serving it to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all server stations, food runner areas, and the general dining room environment.
- Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
- Actively support fellow team members and foster a collaborative, respectful, and positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
