Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and post-launch iteration, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads, architects, and development teams to ensure technical feasibility, optimal implementation, and robust solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a strategic balance between new feature development, technical debt reduction, and bug fixes.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and trade-offs effectively and transparently to stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and understanding.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong technical focus, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to define, launch, and iterate on successful software products, demonstrating measurable impact.
- Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
