Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned client base.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and propose suitable products or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.
