Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and automate operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Proactively troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex cloud-related issues and outages.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and security teams on cloud initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures and system configurations.
- Contribute to cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.
- Assist in the deployment and scaling of cloud-native applications and services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
