Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and meticulously, maintaining detailed records of findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to senior quality personnel for further investigation and resolution.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
