Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and adherence to standards before packaging.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label packaged items according to job specifications.
- Assemble boxes, crates, and other packaging materials as required.
- Load and unload items onto and from the assembly line.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, quality control procedures, and operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and continuous production flow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product inconsistencies, or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
- Assist with other general production tasks or duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions diligently.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to handle labels and counts.
