Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with receiving new stock and preparing it for the sales floor.
- Assist with pricing, tagging, and promotional displays to ensure products are clearly marked and promotions are effectively communicated.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and courteous manner.
