Career.zycto is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketplace Storefront Manager to join our growing remote team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence across various online marketplaces, ensuring our digital storefronts are not only visually appealing but also strategically positioned for maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.   • Manage and maintain accurate product information, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing, ensuring SEO best practices are applied for higher rankings.
  • Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with relevant teams and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, adjust strategies, and develop new initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored products, brand ads) to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all storefront activities comply with marketplace policies, terms of service, and relevant e-commerce regulations.
