Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks on construction sites.
- Learn and apply various construction techniques and practices under supervision.
- Prepare and clear construction sites, including moving materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure site safety and efficiency.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures.
- Participate actively in learning opportunities, including formal training sessions and on-the-job instruction.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other site personnel.
- Support the efficient execution of project timelines and quality standards.
