Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport food orders from restaurants to customers' specified locations within Edgbaston and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the secure delivery of goods.
- Verify order accuracy at pick-up and delivery points, ensuring items match the order details.
- Handle cash or card payments accurately and professionally when required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurants, and Career.zycto support team regarding order status or any issues.
- Maintain a clean and presentable personal vehicle, suitable for food delivery.
- Manage delivery routes and time efficiently to meet estimated delivery times.
- Represent Career.zycto with a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle, depending on preference and area) with appropriate insurance (including 'hire and reward' for food delivery if using a motor vehicle).
- Excellent knowledge of Edgbaston and surrounding Birmingham areas.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
