Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and delivery goals.
- Coordinate daily production activities, including resource allocation, material flow, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor production progress against schedules, identifying potential delays or issues and proactively implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise effectively with various departments such as procurement, engineering, quality control, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production process.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, working with procurement to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Provide administrative support to the production management team, including data entry and documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute complex production processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
