Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the creative team, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

- Assist with basic content updates or edits under supervision, using various software tools.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or university degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Arts, Communications) is a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is highly valued in Quebec).
