Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, professional, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using calendar management software.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper record-keeping and timely distribution.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc requests, such as preparing documents or arranging travel.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
  • Implement and maintain office security protocols by issuing visitor passes and monitoring access.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
