Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and trash removal across all designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with supplies and maintained to the highest hygiene standards.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and breakrooms.
- Empty and clean waste receptacles, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Refill dispensers (soap, paper towels, sanitizers) as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers.
