Your day-to-day will involve conducting discovery workshops, delivering persuasive product demonstrations, crafting detailed proposals, and working hand-in-hand with our sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure client success from pre-sales through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive technical solution designs and architectures.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Career.zycto's solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the entire pre-sales cycle, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- Develop and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) and prototypes to validate proposed solutions and address specific client concerns.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, statements of work, and response to RFPs/RFIs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to continually enhance solution offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and their ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator/Consultant, TOGAF).
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Prior experience working with clients in specific industries relevant to Career.zycto's focus (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
- Project management experience or certification.
