Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the national curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver high-quality instruction in core primary subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and student well-being.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect, cooperation, and self-discipline among students.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop curriculum, and support school-wide initiatives.
- Integrate technology effectively into daily lessons to enhance learning experiences.
