Key Responsibilities
- Assist production line operators with material preparation and staging.
- Load and unload materials and products, manually or using basic equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
- Monitor production processes for basic anomalies and report issues to supervisors.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized factory floor.
- Sort, package, and label finished products according to specifications.
- Conduct basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines rigorously, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material movement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to them.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
