Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students of various age groups and academic levels.
- Assist students in understanding challenging academic concepts across specified subjects (e.g., Mathematics, English, Sciences).
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to student needs, learning styles, and academic goals.
- Monitor student progress diligently, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as required to ensure effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and confidence-building learning environment that motivates students.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with education coordinators regarding student performance, progress, and any challenges encountered.
