Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and enhance product features.
- Perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality checks on large and complex datasets.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to ensure optimal accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Research and prototype new machine learning techniques, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and model insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and machine learning platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and its scientific computing stack (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods) and their underlying mathematical principles.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a machine learning or data science role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Published research or active contributions to open-source ML projects.
