Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development of BI solutions.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create robust datasets suitable for analysis.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing clear and concise insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of BI solutions, making improvements as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in at least one leading BI tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
