Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development of BI solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create robust datasets suitable for analysis.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing clear and concise insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of BI solutions, making improvements as needed.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
