Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Policy Administrator to join our growing team in Chibuto, Gaza Province. As a Policy Administrator, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle management of our internal policies and procedures, from drafting and review to dissemination and adherence monitoring. You will serve as a central point of contact for policy-related inquiries, ensuring all employees understand and comply with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of organizational policies, including creation, review, updates, and archiving.
  • Ensure all policies are clearly communicated, easily accessible, and understood by relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor policy compliance across departments and report on adherence levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and operational teams to develop new policies or revise existing ones in response to regulatory changes or business needs.
  • Conduct regular policy audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees on policy interpretation and application.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of all policy documents and related communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on policy status, compliance metrics, and any emerging risks.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to new or revised policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in policy administration, compliance, or a similar regulatory role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
