Career.zycto is searching for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Leasing Agent to become a vital part of our growing team in Massingir, Gaza Province. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to all rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of available properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurate.
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify references in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of available properties, tenant leads, and market information.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners, fostering a positive community environment.
- Handle tenant complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies and property positioning.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
