Key Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate client invoices in a timely manner according to contract terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries regarding invoices efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client billing records and update financial databases with necessary information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, project management) to gather necessary billing information and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze various billing reports for management, providing insights into billing trends and outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes related to billing and revenue recognition.
