Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee all aspects of internal logistics, including resource allocation, inventory management, and internal supply chain.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational waste.
- Manage, mentor, and lead operational staff, including performance evaluations, training, scheduling, and fostering team development.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Operations Manager role.
