Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute photographic shoots for various client projects and internal marketing needs.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and other accessories.
- Scout and prepare shooting locations, ensuring optimal settings for desired visual outcomes.
- Efficiently edit, retouch, and color-correct photographs using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery.
- Manage and organize a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
- Stay updated with current photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Travel to various locations within Homoine and Inhambane Province as required for shoots.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
- Expert proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses.
- Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing and post-production.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and subject direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial, lifestyle, and event photography.
- Knowledge of videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with the culture and landscapes of Inhambane Province.
