As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will serve as a linchpin, bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. You’ll champion Agile principles and practices across the organisation, coaching and mentoring teams to optimize their workflows, remove impediments, and cultivate a culture of transparency, accountability, and psychological safety. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating all Agile ceremonies, managing stakeholder expectations effectively, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve our ambitious product goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Agile teams, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and promote best practices across the organisation.
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, track, and proactively remove impediments to team progress and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and status.
  • Track and report on project progress, key metrics, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process and team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
  • Ensure effective alignment between business objectives and technical solutions being delivered.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Agile Delivery Manager or Senior Scrum Master.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring development teams towards higher performance and self-organisation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or other relevant Agile certifications.
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DaD) in a multi-team environment.
  • Background in software development or technical product management.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps principles.
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
