Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and customer service via chat, email, and phone for various technical inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate senior support teams when necessary, ensuring proper handover.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and timely support.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, system changes, and troubleshooting best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism preferred for Quebec)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common applications
  • Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of empathy and patience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Adaptability to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications
