Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient transportation services to passengers.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Process payments accurately using various methods (cash, card, mobile apps).
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing inquiries and concerns politely.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 4C driver's license (or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe)
- Clean driving record with no major infractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Saguenay city geography (or eagerness to learn)
