Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic learning and development strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's business goals and culture.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and courses across various formats (in-person, virtual, blended).
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions for individuals and teams.
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, including content creation, program delivery, participant engagement, and post-training evaluation.
- Utilize learning technologies and platforms (LMS, authoring tools) to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to ensure L&D initiatives support departmental and organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using relevant metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously innovate our L&D offerings.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies.
- Strong instructional design expertise and experience with various learning methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications, coaching certifications).
