Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely load raw materials, components, or products into various production machinery.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure a continuous and consistent supply of materials.
- Assist experienced machine operators with basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Perform routine checks on materials for quality and conformity to specifications before loading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company and industry safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and efficiency.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions diligently.
- Assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks as instructed by senior staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
