Key Responsibilities
- Operate multi-line telephone systems to answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide basic information to callers, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date directory of staff contact information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing mail as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Adhere to company communication policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
