Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using appropriate project management tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication channels, providing regular progress updates and status reports.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Implement and refine project management processes, methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall), and best practices.
- Ensure project documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Technology Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Solid experience in risk management and change management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
